Ushuaia has countless touristic attractions, such as Tierra del Fuego National Park, the southernmost in Argentina, located in the coast of Beagle channel and bordering with Chile to the West. This park was created in 1960 with 63,000 hectares.

When you enter to the National Park, you will find the information office, where a knowledgeable bilingual receptionist will give you all the information you need.
The park has a mountainous landscape emerged from a glacier, valleys with rivers and lakes, a woody vegetation with two predominant species: Lenga and Dombey's beech, and large areas of peat bogs.

You can walk around the park through the marked footpaths or camp in the right areas.

For those who enjoy history and culture of different places, you can visit the End of the World museum, located in Maipu Avenue. Here, you will be able to know more about history, since the Natives times, Evangelist settlements to shipwrecks and gold seekers stories, as well as flora and fauna.

In the Yamana museum, you can see the scale models exhibition as a way to understand the history of the early inhabitants of these lands.

Alternative tourism is also an interesting option. There are guides specialized in fauna and avifauna, sport fishing, photographic tours, canoeing, sailing through Beagle channel, horse rides, overflight, rural tourism.
